Chicken lollipop recipe ingredients

  • 500 gm chicken wings
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 3 teaspoons Kashmiri chili powder
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons Szechuan sauce
  • 3 teaspoons tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 2 cups corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Chopped coriander
  • leaves White oil

Chicken lollipop recipe Coocing method

First, wash the chicken well, drain the water, and place it in a bowl.

Now, for making chicken lollipops, wash the chicken pieces and marinate them with 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste, 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, and 2 teaspoons soy sauce. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Now, to coat the chicken lollipops, you need to prepare a mixture. For that, take a container and mix 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, 2 cups of cornflour, salt to taste, and a little water to make a thick batter or mixture.

Now heat a pan to fry the chicken lollipops. Once hot, add a sufficient amount of white oil and heat it. When the oil is hot, reduce the gas to medium heat and then coat the marinated chicken one by one in the prepared mixture and drop them into the oil. (Remember to keep the heat on medium). Once browned, take them out.

Now that the lollipops are fried, prepare the gravy for the chicken lollipops. For this, (if there is too much oil left in the pan after frying the chicken lollipops, remove some oil because you don’t need too much oil for the gravy) in a little oil in the pan, lightly fry 2 teaspoons of minced garlic. Once lightly fried, add 3 teaspoons of Szechuan sauce, 3 teaspoons of tomato sauce, and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and mix everything well.

Once the gravy is made, mix the fried chicken lollipops well with the gravy. (When making the gravy, keep the gas heat at medium). Once mixed, remove from heat. The base is prepared chicken lollipops.

Now take a plate, place the chicken lollipops on it, and then serve them hot with a little chopped coriander.
